Some specifics…

By installing SIP trunking technology into a traditional telephone system, you can enjoy all the benefits of cutting-edge VoIP technology – such as reduced costs and outstanding voice quality – without the need to replace a system in which you’ve already invested.
We have worked with our suppliers to be able to deliver the internet at ground-breaking speeds of up to 80Mb/s Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC)*. That’s up to 8 x faster than the average speed in the UK. This service uses fibre connections to the street cabinet, significantly reducing the copper usage, and resulting in high-speed access. For our customers, faster online speeds equate to more productivity and better profit margins.
Where Fibre Ethernet is not available or would be too expensive to install, Workflow Ethernet First Mile (EFM) provides an alternative end-to-end Ethernet solution using multiple copper wires to connect premises directly to the core network. Fully managed, the resulting connection provides a high symmetrical bandwidth which is ideal for the smooth running of real-time applications such as VoIP and video conferencing.
Perfectly matched to today’s changing business needs, ultra-flexible MPLS technology (multi-protocol label switching) is used to link together offices, data centres, disaster recovery sites and mobile workers. Presenting a single voice solution deployed across all business locations including the cloud, it delivers massive improvements in the quality of communications between sites and staff while helping with cost control.
By employing dedicated Ethernet connections, our point-to-point solutions are perfect for directly linking offices on geographically separate sites. Point-to-point can also be used to connect key user locations to an off-site data centre. Your data will be more secure, performance will be more reliable and using VoIP connectivity, you’ll make big savings on inter-site calls.
