The new service app – how it works

  1. Easy (and obviously free) to download straight to your android/iPhone or tablet from here:


    just follow the simple on-screen instructions
  2. When an issue arises, all you need to do is tap in the system number of the equipment causing the problem, and your password.   The system number is the number on the Workflow sticker which you will find on each of your Workflow-supplied devices
  3. Once logged in you can choose from a drop-down menu featuring the top 10 likely issues, or type in your own
  4. Finally, you check the contact details at your end are correct before clicking ‘place call’.   You’ll then receive an email from us confirming receipt and providing you with a call reference number.

That’s it. Job done.

At that point you can rest easy because your problem becomes ours to sort.   And sort it we will. Pronto.
